Ministry can be demanding, with heavy workloads, unrealistic expectations and limited resources. This session explores practical ways to maintain spiritual and emotional health, manage discouragement, and establish sustainable rhythms for long-term ministry.

Explore how an increase in mental health literacy might shape our expressions of spiritual community and support of young people.
